I'm thrilled to share that Gravity Stack, a subsidiary of Reed Smith LLP, has just launched a bold new rebrand, a project I had the privilege of leading at Roedz Creative Studio. This rebrand is much more than a fresh look; it’s a powerful statement of Gravity Stack’s commitment to embedding AI into their legal services. Since their inception in 2018, they’ve been pioneers in leveraging AI, and this new brand reflects their continued dedication to innovation. Backed by Reed Smith LLP, Gravity Stack is positioned to lead the charge in AI-driven legal solutions.

As Gravity Stack embarks on an exciting new chapter with its recent rebrand, it’s essential to reflect on its evolution. The images below capture the previous branding elements that have been pivotal in the company’s journey and transition through to concepts and final concept selection and implementation to various mediums.

Aim and Problem:
The primary aim was to address Gravity Stack’s outdated logo, which lacked representation of their leadership in AI-driven legal solutions. The old branding failed to convey the company’s forward-thinking approach and commitment to the future of AI in legal services, necessitating a transformation that aligned with their innovative identity.

 

Activities:
The rebrand process began with a deep understanding of Gravity Stack’s background and pain points. By creating detailed personas representing key stakeholders and clients, we identified how users engaged with the company. Further research informed the design strategy, ensuring the new brand accurately reflected their mission and vision.

 

Outcomes:
Leveraging insights from past experiences with Gravity Stack’s old brand, we developed and refined several concept ideas. These were enhanced into a final design that resonated with their identity. The rebranding was successfully implemented across various formats, ensuring consistency and impact across all touch-points.
